- This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of various specifications of products and uses a ten inch human-machine interface operating system
The KZF550 Automatic case erecting loading and Sealing machine is a new electromechanical integrated automatic packing equipment developed by our company based on advanced technologies at home and abroad. Adopting a ten inch human-machine interface operating system, using a first-line four axis or six axis robot for packing, the automatic palletizing system, unpacking system, packing system, and sealing system are integrated, and it also has an automatic placement of upper and lower cushion plate mechanism and an automatic placement of qualification certificate mechanism; This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of various specifications of products, and can be used alone or in conjunction with front-end packaging machines to complete the subsequent packaging production line. This machine automatically stacks or arranges various specifications of products according to the requirements of product packing quantity. After the stacking is completed, the robot fixture mechanism loads the packaging materials into the box. After the packing is completed, it automatically enters the sealing mechanism for sealing. The rear end of this machine can be equipped with a power roller line according to user requirements for connection with large box labeling machines and automatic packaging machines.
