Liquid Back-sealing Packaging Machine
The liquid back-sealing packaging machine is an automatic packaging equipment specially designed for liquid materials, which achieves efficient and accurate filling and sealing with back-sealing technology. It will automatically alarm and stop when the packaging roll film is exhausted. The photoelectric eye automatically corrects the left-right deviation of the film, and the packaging length can be adjusted via the touch screen. The vertical seal is bonded at 45 degrees, and the horizontal seal adopts double sealing process: the first is heat sealing of film, and the second is cooling embossing, featuring good tightness and clear mesh patterns. The cutting part with rounded four corners is equipped with tear notches at both horizontal and vertical seals. The feeding system is separated from the main unit for easy cleaning, applicable to measuring cup metering and short screw feeding. The left-right rotating metering box ensures accurate filling volume. The machine can automatically reset with vertical and horizontal seals separated after shutdown. It features compact structure and small floor space.
