This model is designed for packaging various specifications of materials and instruction leaflets, with a maximum cartoning speed of 300 boxes per minute. It is also suitable for automatic feeding and cartoning of plate-shaped products, ointments, pillow bags and other items. It automatically completes all processes including on-line material conveying and inspection, carton picking, forming and transmission, material feeding into boxes, batch number stamping, sealing of carton flaps at both ends (hot melt adhesive sealing is also available), missing material rejection and finished product discharging. This machine can be connected with alu-plastic blister packaging machines, pillow packaging machines, filling machines, 3D transparent film wrapping machines (banding machines), case packers and other equipment for linked production.
