Powder Back-sealing Packaging Machine

The powder back-sealing packaging machine is special automatic packaging equipment for powdery materials, which realizes efficient and precise packaging process with back-sealing structure. Driven by PLC control system and servo motors, it completes the whole process including bag forming, measuring, filling, back sealing and cutting. It will give an automatic alarm and stop running when the packaging roll film is used up. The photoelectric sensor automatically corrects the left-right deviation of the film, and the packaging length can be adjusted on the touch screen. The vertical seal is bonded at 45 degrees, and the horizontal seal adopts double sealing procedures: the first is heat sealing, and the second is cooling embossing, featuring tight sealing and clear mesh patterns. The four corners of the cutting part are rounded, and tear notches are set at both horizontal and vertical seals. The feeding system is separated from the main machine for easy cleaning, suitable for measuring cup metering and short screw feeding. The metering box moves in left-right rotation to ensure accurate filling weight. The machine can reset automatically with vertical and horizontal seals separated when stopped. It is compact in structure and saves floor space.
