The KZF550 fully automatic case erecting and packing machine is a new electromechanical integrated automatic packing equipment developed by our company based on advanced technologies at home and abroad. Adopting a ten inch human-machine interface operating system, using a first-line four axis or six axis robot for packing, integrating automatic palletizing system, unpacking system, packing system, and sealing system, while also having automatic placement of upper and lower cushion plate mechanism and automatic placement of qualification certificate mechanism; This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of various specifications of products, and can be used alone or in conjunction with front-end packaging machines to complete the subsequent packaging production line. This machine automatically stacks or arranges various specifications of products according to the requirements of product packing quantity. After the stacking is completed, the robot gripping system loads the packaging materials into the box. After the packing is completed, it automatically enters the sealing mechanism for sealing. The rear end of this machine can be equipped with additional power roller lines according to user requirements for connection with large box labeling machines and automatic packaging machines.
