Granule Back-sealing Packaging Machine
The granule back-sealing packaging machine is equipment designed for back-sealing bag-forming packaging of granular materials, widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, health care product and other industries. It generally adopts volumetric measuring cup rotary disc metering or swing disc type cup adjusting device for metering. The machine will automatically sound an alarm and stop operation when the packaging roll film runs out. The photoelectric sensor for roll film automatically controls and corrects left-right deviation, and the packaging length can be adjusted via the touch screen. The vertical seal is bonded at a 45-degree angle, while the horizontal seal adopts double bonding: the first step is heat sealing of packaging film, and the second step is cooling embossing, featuring excellent sealing performance and clear mesh patterns. The four corners of the horizontal sealing cutting part are rounded off, and tear notches are respectively arranged at horizontal and vertical sealing positions. The feeding system is separated from the main unit for easy cleaning (applicable for measuring cup metering and short screw feeding). The metering box adopts left-right rotating movement to ensure accurate filling volume. All components will automatically reset with vertical and horizontal seals separated when the machine stops. Featuring a compact overall structure, it occupies little floor space.
