Model HC150 Automatic Cartoning Machine is an intermittent cartoner, a high-tech product integrating optics, electricity and pneumatics. The machine runs stably and reliably, and is easy to adjust for cartons of different sizes. It can automatically complete folding of instruction leaflets, carton opening, feeding products and leaflets into boxes, batch number printing, box sealing and automatic carton discharging. Can achieve up and down feeding function

This machine can achieve the function of adding materials up and down, such as not placing instructions or boxes without medication boards, and working in empty spaces. It is equipped with a metal detection and waste removal system, and empty boxes can be removed.

The suction box adopts a dual suction head method

The suction box adopts a dual suction head method, which can automatically open, place, and form boxes. The box storage can store 500-800 boxes or more, with conveyor belt feeding and supply cylinder control.

Automatic alarm shutdown

Folding machine, automatic alarm shutdown for three consecutive sheets without following the instruction manual. The automatic paper feeding component consists of 7 sets of clips (double detection device in the instruction manual). The box packing machine has overload protection, and the empty box is automatically rejected when discharging. After overload, a fault message is displayed.
