The roller mold adopts a water cooling device

The roller mold adopts a water cooling device, which can maintain the continuous use time of the heat sealed roller mold during the production process, avoid the impact of high temperature on the bubble cover on the roller, and effectively avoid the problem of aluminum foil wrinkling caused by thermal radiation.

Faster speed and longer lifespan

The main transmission connection adopts synchronous wheel and synchronous belt transmission, which avoids vibration and buffering caused by transmission during high-speed operation, and reduces equipment noise. The forming, heat sealing, batch number, and punching stations are all controlled by separate reducers, which are driven by shafts and connecting swing rods, resulting in faster speed, longer service life, and lower noise.
