Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of non-standard automation equipment.
2. Responsible for completing the overall mechanical design tasks (drawings and BOM lists) of the project.
3. Ensure the design progress of the project, the issuance of drawings and BOM, and be responsible for review and verification.
4. Responsible for the commissioning of electrical engineers during the project period.
5. Track the installation, commissioning and acceptance of the equipment, and solve the problems in the installation process.
6. Responsible for and implement product structure optimization, process improvement, and improve product standardization.
7. Complete other matters arranged by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Major in mechanical design or related, bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience in mechanical design.
2. Proficient in the use of CAD or Solidworks, Pro/E and other design software.
3. Have strong design and calculation ability, have a certain understanding of machining technology, and have experience in the design of non-standard machinery.
4. Clear organization, keen thinking, strong sense of innovation, and able to put forward their own opinions and suggestions on design issues.
5. Strong expression and communication skills, able to complete cross-departmental communication and coordination independently.
6. Dedication, rigorous and meticulous, conscientious and responsible, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Have a strong spirit of cooperation and teamwork, and have strong ability to work under pressure, coordination and innovation.
8. Be able to skillfully complete the selection of various pneumatic, electric and transmission mechanisms.
9. Experience in the design of pharmaceutical and food packaging equipment is preferred.
Working hours: 08:30-12:00 13:00-17:30 in winter and 08:00-12:00 13:30-17:30 in summer
