The KZF600MD multifunctional packing and palletizing workstation is a new electromechanical integrated robot style automatic packing and palletizing post packaging process processing workstation independently developed by our company based on advanced technologies at home and abroad. This workstation adopts a functional modular design, providing one-stop processing for multiple functions such as unboxing, boxing, sealing, labeling, and packaging. Suitable for intelligent post-processing of products of various specifications, it can be used as a standalone machine or in conjunction with a front-end packaging machine to complete all subsequent packaging processes. This workstation automatically packs, stacks, or arranges various specifications of products according to the required packing quantity. After the stacking is completed, the packaging is picked up by robots (or suction cups) and loaded into cases. After the packing is completed, it automatically enters the sealing mechanism for sealing. After sealing, the palletizing robot lifts the cardboard boxes for labeling, scanning, and stacking. This workstation is highly integrated with the back-end packaging process, achieving harmonious and unified operation of the entire line. It has the characteristics of high automation, easy operation, and small footprint. It is one of the representative products of advanced technology for the integration of back-end packaging equipment functional systems in the domestic market.
