The whole machine adopts balcony-style split combined design, suitable for tray forming and tray loading of large-size and special-shaped products such as vials, ampoules, injections (powder injections), oral liquids, medical devices, electronic batteries and cosmetics. No heat sealing is required. For injections, ampoules and oral liquids, pot-shaped blisters are used to provide shockproof protection for materials. Equipped with servo drive for intelligent integration and high-speed operation.

Adopts synchronous belt transmission for easy maintenance.

The main transmission and main motor (or servo motor) are rear-mounted for easy maintenance. Part of the transmission adopts synchronous belts to reduce noise and oil contamination. Station adjustment is realized by handwheel operation. The joint plates are separable and movable to avoid damaging the plasticity of packaging materials.

Smooth operation and accurate synchronization

The traction mechanism is independently controlled by servo motors, running smoothly and synchronizing accurately; The travel length can be determined directly through the PLC control panel based on the user's plate size, without causing damage to the plate.
