Easy loading and unloading
It can be packaged separately, with conical pins for positioning and screws for fastening during merging. The mold is clamped with a pull-out pressure plate for easy loading and unloading.

The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation
The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation: the corresponding punching times are set according to factors such as the length of the stroke and the difficulty of feeding the filled material.

You can freely design the size of the board
The mechanical arm holds the traction mechanism, operates with servo drive, synchronizes accurately, and the stroke can be adjusted within the range of 30-145mm, which means that the size of the plate can be designed freely within this range.

Save energy and increase plastic sheet stability
The type of heating plate automatically closes and opens, and can delay startup after the heating plate is lowered, limiting material waste within one plate range. Due to the use of contact heating for the plate, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved, and the stability of the plastic sheet is increased.

Extend the service life of the machine
Air cushion heat sealing, with a combination of upper and lower mesh and male and female heat sealing. When the machine is stopped, the mesh plate is automatically raised by the cylinder. Eliminate the phenomenon of bubble cover deformation and extend the service life of the machine.

Improve the safety of operators
Automatic alarm and shutdown, equipped with emergency stop safety devices, improve the safety of operators during debugging and mold replacement.
