Ensure no leakage

The connection between the feeding hopper and the cylinder is made of foam silicone rubber strips, fixed with three bolts, adjustable in tension, ensuring no leakage even during feeding and blowback in the vacuum feeder.

Service life standard sealing ring 3 times

The sealing ring at the contact between the end cover of the feeding device and the screw is a palace type structure, which tightly adheres to the rotating parts without losing flexibility, and has a service life three times that of the standard sealing ring.

Hollow sealing strips are used at the junction

The joint between the front hood door and the front panel adopts a hollow sealing strip. The hollow sealing strip made of silicone rubber is easy to compress and has good elasticity. It is installed on the front hood door in an embedded manner. After the front door is closed, the sealing strip is tightly attached to the front panel of the machine frame processed by a grinder.

Eliminate lubricant leakage

Non standard customization of motors in the whole grain system and feeding system, with rotating parts directly installed on the reduction motor shaft, eliminating the need for bearings and other parts, and preventing lubricating oil leakage caused by damaged skeleton oil seals.
